About Alumni
The college has established anAlumni Association with the objective of maintaining and strengthening a lifelong relationship between its alumni and the institution. The association provides a platform for former students to stay connected and contribute to the continuous growth and development of the college. Alumni are encouraged to participate as stakeholders in revising the vision and mission of the institution, share their professional experiences, and engage in academic and social events such as graduation ceremonies, pharmaceutical conferences, health awareness programs, and industrial meets.
The association also serves as a valuable forum for the exchange of ideas and knowledge in the fields of pharmaceutical sciences, clinical research, hospital and community pharmacy, and industrial practices. Organizing alumni reunions, supporting student scholarships, guiding higher education and career growth, and contributing to institutional development are among the major activities of the association. The college has a registered Alumni Association.
Aim
The main aim of the Mother Theresa Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Alumni Association is to build a strong bridge between the alumni, students, faculty, and institution for mutual benefit, professional growth, and advancement of pharmaceutical education and practice.
Objectives
- To promote lifelong relationships and create a forum for the exchange of professional and academic information among alumni members.
- To share expertise by organizing pharmaceutical seminars, continuing education programs (CEP), workshops, guest lectures, and training sessions.
- To guide students in career development, placement, and higher studies in India and abroad.
- To mentor students in research projects, internships, and industrial training.
- To provide opportunities for alumni to update their knowledge through collaborative programs and technical sessions.
- To facilitate campus placements through alumni working in reputed pharma industries, hospitals, regulatory bodies, and research organizations.
- To seek valuable suggestions and guidance from alumni for the overall development of the college and pharmacy curriculum.
- All graduates who have completed B. Pharm, M. Pharm, Pharm.D, programs from the institution automatically become eligible members of the Mother Theresa Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Alumni Association.
